These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.finosu.com and any business-facing services offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Business Privacy Policy at https://www.finosu.com/privacy.

These Terms apply to business users including lender partners, prospective customers, vendors, and other business visitors. If you are a consumer borrower, please see the consumer site at https://consumer.finosu.com.

Finosu grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:

• access or use the Services in violation of applicable law;
• interfere with, disrupt, or impair the Services or attempt to bypass security measures;
• access another user's account or information without authorization;
• use scraping, crawling, bots, or automated tools to access the Services without our prior written consent; or
• reverse engineer the Services except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

The Services, including software, content, text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to Finosu and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Information you receive from Finosu in connection with the Services that is marked as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential must be kept confidential and used only for the purpose for which it was disclosed.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finosu and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Finosu's total liability arising out of or related to the Services will be limited to actual direct damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the personal jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

We may modify these Terms or the Services at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when we do. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
