Finosu vs Peach

How Finosu and Peach differ on who does the work, which channels, where payments happen, how compliance is enforced, and how you start.

Short answer

Complementary, not competing. Finosu starts from a CSV export or connects to your loan management system, and payment records and conversation history come back into it. An LMS gives your own team better tooling; Finosu does the work the tooling is for.

Peach markets a modern loan management and servicing system with built-in compliance guardrails and first-party servicing tooling, aimed at fintech lenders launching or scaling lending products.

When to choose which

Choose Peach when

Lenders building a new credit product who want servicing, compliance rules and borrower self-service designed into the system of record from day one.

Weigh this first

Peach's software gives lenders control over servicing workflows. Ask which contacts and payment-plan steps it automates for your program, and what work remains with your team.

Choose Finosu when

  • You want the servicing program performed for you — outreach, payments and follow-up — rather than tooled or staffed
  • You want contact records and call transcripts available for review, with exceptions routed to your team
  • You want to start with a defined batch of accounts by CSV and measure it against your current approach
  • You want the choice of a first-party program under your brand or a third-party program under Finosu's, with the same checks either way

Questions

  1. Can Finosu work with accounts held in Peach?

Yes. The entry point is a CSV of eligible accounts, so the system of record does not matter for a first batch. Where a lender wants continuous sync, Finosu connects to the LMS and returns payment and conversation records in the same shape.

  2. Peach has compliance guardrails. How is Finosu's approach different?

The guardrails govern different operating models. Peach offers rules for a team using its software; Finosu applies configured checks to its own outreach and provides contact records and flagged exceptions for your team to review. Confirm the exact controls in either program.
