At a glance
Start with a CSV of eligible accounts. Before first contact, your team and Finosu agree on eligibility, disclosures, contact rules, repayment options and handoffs. Add a loan management system integration later if the program needs ongoing data exchange.
How it works
01
Choose the starting group
Select the accounts you want to evaluate and provide balances, contact information, consent and dispute status. The first group can be measured against your current approach.
02
Review the operating rules
Agree on the first-party or third-party arrangement, eligibility, disclosures, channel permissions, offers and human handoffs. The launch date follows that review.
03
Run and inspect
Review account activity, borrower responses, payments and exceptions. If the program calls for ongoing exchange, connect the loan management system and agree on the records returned to it.
What your team sees
- A defined initial account group and agreed program rules
- Account activity, outcomes and exceptions during the run
- Payment and conversation records for review or agreed export
Set for your program
The exact operating scope depends on your portfolio and arrangement. Review these points with Finosu before outreach starts:
- Required CSV fields, eligibility criteria and data transfer method
- Who approves scripts, disclosures, repayment options and exceptions
- Reporting fields, integration scope and a first-contact date
Questions
Must we replace our loan management system?
No. Finosu can start from a CSV of eligible accounts. If you want ongoing data exchange, agree on an integration and the records that move in each direction.
How soon can outreach start?
There is no fixed launch promise. Finosu and the lender agree on a first-contact date after reviewing eligibility, rules, disclosures and escalation paths.
